In general, both goat eggs and chicken eggs can offer a variety of health benefits. Goat eggs are a great source of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, and are higher in protein and fat than chicken eggs. They are also high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can help improve mental health, and they contain higher amounts of calcium, phosphorus, and other trace minerals than chicken eggs. However, goat eggs also contain higher levels of cholesterol and saturated fats. Chicken eggs, on the other hand, are lower in fat and cholesterol, but contain more vitamins and minerals. Ultimately, the choice between goat eggs and chicken eggs should depend on individual dietary needs and preferences.

Lipid peroxidation was significantly lower in SL-based extenders compared to TR-EY. The results of this study show that 1.5% SL in an extender can be used as a suitable alternative cryoprotectant for goat semen cryopreservation. This study investigates the effects of different levels of soybean lecithin in semen extender on post-thaw sperm quality of Mahabadi bucks. Results show that 1.5% Soybean Lecithin in the extender is a suitable alternative cryoprotectant for goat semen cryopreservation. Compared to the egg-yolk based extender, sperm motion characteristics (VAP, VSL, VCL, ALH and LIN) and rapid spermatozoa were improved with extender containing 1% and 1.5% SL, while lipid peroxidation was significantly lower. It is concluded that Soybean Lecithin is a suitable plant-based cryoprotectant for freezing ruminant sperm and can be used as an alternative to egg-yolk based extenders.
