Summary
This paper studies Received Signal Code Power (RCSP) and energy per chip divided by the total in-band interference (Ec/No). To provide good quality service, mobile operators perform benchmarking projects to monitor quality of service. The relation between RCSP and Ec/No was discussed and proved using drive test results near UNITEN. The methods were Network Planning Process and Data verification using NEMO HANDY tools and HATA model. The aim was to test BTS functionality and quality, collect data and report on voice quality, call attempts, failures, data network attempts, RCSP and Ec/No. Telco B had the best 3G and Telco D the best 2G. RCSP and Ec/No were directly proportional.Terrain, environment and antenna height affect BTS transmitting power. Results showed the best 3G service among competitors and Telco D the best 2G. RCSP and Ec/No were directly proportional. Terrain, environment and antenna height affect BTS transmitting power. Improvements to HPC codes NEMO 3-D and OMEN,and access to peta-scale computing have enabled realistic device engineering simulations. NEMO 3-D can simulate 1 billion atom systems, scale to 32,768 cores. OMEN can perform fully quantum mechanical transport calculations for real-word UTB FETs on 147,456 cores in roughly 5 minutes. Both tools power simulation engines on the nanoHUB, giving access to previously unavailable research capabilities. The objective of this research is to analyze the captured data of Received Signal Strength (RSS) and signal quality of Maxis network provider in UiTM Shah Alam campus. The measurement was done using NEMO Handy device.The data was analyzed using NEMO Outdoor 6 software. Measurement were taken at different times on fine and rainy days.Result shows 3G network has best RSS performance.2G network has better signal quality than 3G.MATPOWER is an open-source Matlab-based power system simulation package that provides a high-level set of power flow, optimal power flow (OPF), and other tools targeted toward researchers, educators, and students. The OPF architecture is designed to be extensible, making it easy to add user-defined variables, costs, and constraints to the standard OPF problem. This paper presents the details of the network modeling and problem formulations used by MATPOWER, including its extensible OPF architecture. Simulation results are presented for a number of test cases comparing the performance of several available OPF solvers and demonstrating MATPOWER's ability to solve large-scale AC and DC OPF problems. More than 45.7% of Indonesia’s total energy consumption in 2021 came from the transportation sector. The transportation sector needs to improve energy efficiency and apply energy conservation measures in order to reduce energy consumption.Using electric vehicles will reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation sector; however, if fossil fuels continue to dominate the power sector, this will also lead to an increase in global GHG emissions. The power sector must employ NRE as much as possible in order to cut emissions.The energy system model, which is projected to be operational until the year 2100, was created using the LEAP and NEMO tools. Power plants are optimized for electricity delivery using the BAU and NZE scenarios. As a result of the energy system’s optimization, the usage of petroleum products will be reduced by about 778.7 million BOE in 2100, and the transportation sector’s GHG emissions will be reduced by 304.4 million tons of CO2e. By promoting energy efficiency, conservation, and the environment’s impact, the use of electric vehicles can improve Indonesia’s NZE situation in the transportation sector
