The resources required for effective delivery of legal information services include digital information sources such as online law libraries, legal databases, government databases as well as law journals.These resources are consulted for legal research and litigation. Although, challenges like restricted access, inadequate availability of resources in digital format and time constraints are faced, developing robust digital infrastructure in law libraries is essential to meet the evolving needs of the legal community. Building relevance feedback corpus for legislative information retrieval facilitates evaluated IR techniques. First legislative relevance feedback corpus in Brazilian Portuguese, it evaluates IR model of Brazilian Chamber of Deputies. It highlights importance of such corpora given scarcity and supports related studies.Datasets used are public; corpus available for academic use.
